About WhoAsks
AI visibility needs evidence, not one score.
WhoAsks is an AI visibility research platform operated by Moonshot Labs LLC. It was built around a simple observation: AI does not give one answer about a brand. The answer changes with the person asking, their context, their location, the assistant they use, and the words they choose.
What WhoAsks does
A study creates a synthetic panel that represents a real audience, asks the questions those people would ask, and records the answers across AI assistants and answer engines. Every finding remains connected to the underlying answer, source and timestamp, so teams can inspect the evidence instead of trusting a black box.
Why it exists
The goal is to help brands, researchers and agencies decide what is working, where to invest, what needs correction, and what to publish next. Synthetic research is not a replacement for interviews or surveys. It is a repeatable way to observe the AI answer environment an audience encounters. AI answers can change and can be wrong, so WhoAsks reports are dated observations designed to support human judgment.
