WhoAsks is operated by Moonshot Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The service runs AI visibility studies by building synthetic audience panels, submitting questions to third-party AI systems and search surfaces, and reporting the answers together with supporting evidence.

Responsible use

Customers may only study subjects they own, represent, or have a legitimate interest in researching. The service may not be used to harass, defame, stalk or profile private individuals, mislead the public, violate the law, or violate the terms of observed platforms. Captured AI answers are dated observations, not statements of fact, endorsements, guarantees, or professional advice.

Accounts and content

Customers keep ownership of submitted information and grant WhoAsks the license required to store inputs, run studies and generate private reports. The service, methodology, software and site content belong to Moonshot Labs LLC or its licensors.
